Month Of:
It happens all the time, you are a few months before the big day and then the realization settles in “I’m getting married in three months!” We believe that no one should stress about the most important day of your life. Depending on the type of event and size, you will either have one or two coordinators with you the whole day.
Before Your Wedding Day:
- Consultation 3-4 weeks prior to your wedding
- Create comprehensive wedding day timeline to be distributed to all vendors
- Review and verify all vendor contracts
- Unlimited contact via email and telephone
The “Big” Day:
- Comprehensive day of wedding coordination with Senior Planner & Assistant
- Arrive to bride and bridal party in the morning to ensure timeline is met
- Act as communication leader to all vendors to ensure set up and break down
- Set up any ceremony and reception décor
- Gather family and friends for photographs
- Coordinate and arrange bridal party for ceremony and reception entrances
- Access to our emergency kit for any unforeseen issues
- Distribution of any final payments and gratuities to vendors
- Handle and oversee any unexpected matters with vendors
