“Christine was wonderful to work with from day one. She is so sweet and has good organizational ideas and advice on various aspects of the wedding. She came to several vendor meetings with us. On the day of the wedding she and Lisa were absolutely invaluable! My bouquet was hideous when it was delivered and they actually made be a much prettier bouquet out of flowers from my parent’s kitchen/garden! They helped everything flow smoothly, helped the photographer get people together for organized group pictures, sent messages back and forth between the bridal suites to keep things organized, and generally just kept everything running smoothly. I cannot recommend them more strongly, they were truly excellent.”

“Looking for outstanding service, look no more! These gals are the best of the best! They are attentive without being pushy, they are calm when your nerves are frazzled, they worry about everything you would, but now don’t have to! My wedding day was everything it was supposed to be and more because they were there to help me. I was actually really sad when it was time for them to go. My dress had a stain and they literally found a CVS and bought club soda to remove it. I was hungry – t hey had snacks, my makeup needed fixing up – they went and found the most exact likeness of the color i was wearing to touch it up! I was fine all morning until we got to the Church. They were the only ones left with me and truly calmed my frayed nerves before my walk down the aisle. Superior, customer service and overall, truly beautiful people to work with. Words will always come up short when I try to explain how phenomenal Piece of Cake Events was on my wedding day.”

“Christine was amazing! Our wedding involved a lot of DIY which meant a lot of outside coordination and setup. On top of doing a ton of other things Christine and her sister/assistant Lisa helped make sure this all went smoothly and turned out just how I had envisioned. She was so calm and organized and a great person to have around on the wedding day. There were some slightly scary situations that came up the week before and she followed up on them as many times as needed to make sure we didn’t have any issues on the big day. I think another thing that was among the most helpful was working on the timeline with me and then helping to make sure we stayed on track. The day just goes by so fast and without her I think we really would have fallen behind during a few of the earlier stops. We also had a ton of contact before the wedding itself and she helped me to track down centerpieces (I finally picked ones I wanted and then they were discontinued from the provider so she managed to get them through the manufacturer), provided some vendor recommendations, and gave me advice and input along the way. If you’re on the fence about a DOC, it really is a huge help and great piece of mind and I definitely recommend Christine!”

“We hired Christine as our day of coordinator. We cannot say enough good things about her. She was by our side all day, always involved, but never got in the way. She was really on the ball when it came to organizing our vendors, calling them to confirm before the event, answering any last minute questions I had, and additionally asking us about things that we had not even considered but were vital to our day being perfect. The day of the wedding she handed out my tips to the vendors so I did not have to, she was very aware of everything going on around us when it came to the vendors, and if anything went wrong she was on top of it but always kept us informed. Not only did she take care of my husband and I, but was very attentive to the bridal party and guests (a couple of examples: One of my bridesmaids dress strap broke and she took care of it, also my new sister-in-law who was a guest at my wedding had a huge run in her stockings and Christine went out of her way to find her new ones). Although, I was the one who decided to hire a DOC and dealt primarily with her, my husband was raving about her after the wedding saying how he couldn’t get over what a huge help she was and what an amazing job she did.”
