We have a lot of catching up to do on our blog, so I’m taking us back to April for Sue & Giovanni’s wedding.
First, let me say these two are one of the nicest couples we’ve ever worked with. I truly felt like part of the family.
Now, the day of the weather was not cooperating, but we still had a lot of fun and got great pictures.
We started at Sue’s house getting ready with her bridesmaids and adorable girls. Makeup by Sandra Baldini and Hair by Jen the Hair Genie. These ladies did an amazing job on the bridal party. And most importantly kept the girls’ running on time. Next, we were off in the limo provided by Camelot. As always they were on time and professional. We witnessed a beautiful ceremony at St. Leo’s in Corona, NY. Now, unfortunately the weather was starting to get nasty so we couldn’t go to our planned photo location, instead we headed over to Flushing Meadows for some quick stops. However, the best part was the bridal party got a little hungry so we needed a food break at McDonald’s. Finally, we made our way to the beautiful reception at Douglaston Manor. This was my first time there and I sure hope to get back soon. Everyone was incredibly nice and really went out of their way to make everything run smoothly.
